Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited once work has commenced.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered if:

• The project has not yet started

• Duplicate payment was made

• Service cannot be delivered due to our fault

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Completed work

• Monthly retainers already billed

• Delays caused by the client

• Change of mind after project initiation

• Search engine ranking fluctuations

4. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact us before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal action.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
